Privacy Policy

Last updated July 9, 2026

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney and fill in the bracketed details before relying on it.

Stelviq Digital (“we,” “us”) operates https://stelviqdigital.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at [email protected].

Information we collect

  • When you contact us— your name, email, and message, plus your company, the service you’re interested in, and a budget range if you choose to share them.
  • When you request a consultation— your name, phone number, email, the time you’d like to meet, whether you prefer a phone or video call, and a short summary of your project. You may request a consultation through our AI assistant or the contact form. We send a one-time verification code by SMS or email to confirm a real person is asking; the code is used only for that.
  • When you subscribe— your email address and the date you signed up and confirmed. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
  • When you chat with our AI assistant— your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do notkeep a transcript of the conversation. Please don’t share confidential information, credentials, or sensitive personal data with it.
  • Automatic information— basic technical data your browser sends and cookies. We keep an anonymous, first-party tally of page views to understand what’s popular. To count visitors and to rate-limit abuse, we store a one-way hashof your IP address salted per day — never the raw IP address. If you accept analytics cookies, a first-party cookie also lets us measure returning visits and sessions. We never use Google Analytics, ad networks, or cross-site tracking, and we never sell this data.

Cookies & your choices

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We only use first-party cookies (set by this site) — never third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them; analytics and preferences are your choice. You can change your choice anytime from “Your Privacy Choices”in the footer, and we honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal.

If you decline analytics (or your browser sends a privacy signal), we still keep an anonymous, cookielesscount of page views that isn’t tied to you. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

To answer your questions, schedule and hold consultations, send you the emails you asked for, operate and secure the website, and comply with the law. We do not use the site to serve advertising or track you across other websites, and we do not use your messages or contact details to train AI models.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the site, and only as much as each one needs: our hosting and database provider, our CDN and security provider, our email provider, our SMS provider (for verification codes), and our AI provider (for the assistant’s replies). If we ever invoice you, our payment provider handles the payment — we never see or store your card details. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of it. Because we don’t sell or share your information, there is nothing to opt out of — but you can still request access or deletion, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by emailing [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Our website is intended for a general, adult, business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable safeguards (including encryption in transit) to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change. Contact us at [email protected].
